Frank Hamilton 1893 beaded buckskin belt
Cultural Narrative:
This beaded belt was made by Frank Hamilton (son of Joseph Hamilton & Angeline Pokagon who married Alice Cecilia Rapp). Frank wore this belt which is part of a full buckskin regalia at the Chicago Worlds Fair in 1893. the belt is currently held at the Snite Museum at the University of Notre Dame.
